RentCafe - Awful service
My name is Julio Reyes. Resident in Falcon Trace Apt since 2008.
I never have had as bad and unpleasant service as this administration in this complex. None of the employees including the new manager have professionalism, courtesy or empathy. The resident service is dreadful. In Jun 6, I made 3 maintenance requests.
Carpet cleaner (as a right due to my new lease), ceiling fans and washing machine.
After ONE MONTH I had to go to the office and calling the carpet cleaning company from my own phone and give the my phone to the staff and then, they authorized my service.
After ONE MONTH the ceiling fans were checked yesterday July 11.
I told the manager about the washing machine was full of stinking water and I need to wash my cloths also, I pay $48 monthly for this service so, I do not need to go to a public laundry. Do you want to know want the manager'answer? ...."This is not an emergency for us, go to the public laundry and wash your cloths. If you want call the corporate, I do not have time for you because you did not make an appointment to see me."
Can you tell me what place in the world give you this kind of service?
Are you sure they have good salary? or Are they voluntaries?.
You are free to make a survey with all residents because I am not the only one, I always find different issue with angry residents in the office. I hope I could move out when my lease finish and give my "recommendations" to everyone.
