Customer service is not good about contacting me on a timely manner

I would like to have help on the app that I was required to register on for Bell point apartment. I already registered on the app. It told me it would send me a confirmation email and I never got a confirmation email and I have to pay my rent on a timely manner and I like to do it Before February thanks

I just would like to speak to a customer service about the app

Customer service is not good about contacting the consumer in a timely manner, the app wont accept my information thats correct and it said it was send me email for a confirmation and it never sent me an email to accept it and I just moved into this new apartment and I had to do a money order for the first month of rent so for the second month, Ill like to pay it to the app like everybody else does

I called every number they gave me I was on hold for 5-10 min when they did respond it was a voicemail say their mail box was full.
My concern when I had to press 0 for operator I was on hold 5- 10 min and the response was their male box was full!! It’s an operator since when is a mail box full. If I call a phone operator for information I never have heard their mail box is full!!
