RentCafe - Why cuss?

The gentleman who helped me was very nice. My issueis with the name - "P*****" consumer. Aren't we tryin to be better than crude? I live in Arkansas we don't talk like that. "Upset consumer"ok. Doesn't using that language encourage that anger?
